From the night to the record.
K-DOT Records carries a relationship built through Melbourne's nights into a home for original music. The releases are the latest part of the story.

The roots of the label
To understand K-DOT Records, go back to the partnership before the label. Noel met Kalus at Kiss My Grass in 2009 and asked to work with him. Wah Wah was already part of Kalus's DJ life; their shared history would come to include it alongside Lab22, Mothership and Noizy.
The work around those nights connected Kalus, Noel and a wider crew. In the 2009–2013 period, it reached from suburban Melbourne and Ringwood to the city, across Victoria and Australia, and overseas. That is the background the label brings with it.
A home for the music
Today, K-DOT Records brings the focus to releases and the people making them. The catalogue includes Kalus originals, a remix competition that introduced Martin Fuse and Wave Cooper, and a planned Jump vinyl edition with Eric Laville, Reece Low and Dean Del.
There are several ways into that catalogue: an original track, another producer's interpretation, or the physical record. Together they give the label a practical role in the same community story: a place where music can be made, heard and passed on.
The next transmission
KDOT Radio, presented by Kalus, extends that invitation to listeners. It creates space to hear the music as a selection, with time to move between records and find a new favourite.
The artist, the label and the show each have their own role. Their shared point of reference is the relationship with music that brought Kalus, Noel and the crew together in the first place. K-DOT Records is where that history meets what comes next.
